Withdrawal policy

for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.)

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

  • where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they were delivered together;

  • or where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately;

  • or where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, if the goods were delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back
or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day,
on which you inform us about the withdrawal, return the goods to us, or hand them over to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods,
if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons,
    if their seal was removed after delivery
    (this particularly applies to opened food packaging).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods,
if the seal was removed or damaged after delivery.

This ensures the legally required hygiene and consumer protection.
